Supercomputer in Iran to track Cargo

We want to build a supercomputer in Iran. This computer will be very large and powerful. Primary job of this Supercomputer is tracking the location of every cargo on ships, Trains, aircrafts, trucks, and other location. This Supercomputer must know when the cargo arrived at the distinction. The Cargo must be able to analyze when several parts and equipments arrive at a factory to be assembled into product. So the supercomputer must be able to track and calculate several parts and when they will arrive. The supercomputer must be able to know when other factories finish producing their products and when products produced in factory will be shipped to next factory in the manufacturing process. Simply said the supercomputer must be able to calculate, track, and analyze all of industrial supply chain. The supercomputer must be able to do it for all of the World Cargos and factories. Meaning the Supercomputer located in Iran will know when production finishes in all locations. The supercomputer will also know location of all cargos. This computer will be able to analyze all these information and propose methods to make global industrial manufacturing more efficient. It will also help in transit and sorting of the cargos. The supercomputer will have all the industrial process, manufacturing process, and assembly information and will be able to track all of the industrial works. For example, supercomputer will know when a product is being assembled in America and when another product is manufactured in China. The supercomputer will know their locations inside the factory.
