Rail Ways: Protection and Defense

We are building Rail Roads and other infrastructures to connect China to Iran. We are also connecting Iran to Egypt, China, Russia, Africa, Europe, India, and many ports by Rail Ways and Roads. We are also building airports. These transit corridors and transit terminal are very beneficial for Economy of Iran. They give Iran geostrategic supremacy over the earth. But they are also dangerous to security of People in Iran and people near transits. We must make sure Military Trains cannot transit on Rail Ways. We must make sure rail ways are not used for mass immigration. We must make sure Iran can destroy the rail ways outside of its borders and inside of Iran at all times. Destroying rail ways will give security to Iran if the rail ways become dangerous for Iran. Iran must create mechanisms to stop trains by blockade on rail ways. There are some trains that destroy all blockades. So you need to prepare for them. Iran must have military presence along the rail ways in Iran and deep in foreign territory to have defense against dangerous trains. Iran has permanent right to stop trains at any location. Iran is allowed to stop all trains inside and outside of Iran. Iran must collect money from trains. Iran owns all of the World Rail Ways. They are property of government of Iran. Iran cannot transfer the rights and ownership. Iran can inspect all cargos on trains, ships, and aircrafts. Iran must be able to defend ports, sea ports, air ports, terminals, and cargo terminals. Iran can stop any train at any time and at any location. Iran can selectively allow trains to enter. Iran must know in advance of there are trains on the rail ways. Iran has exclusive rights in building trains. Nobody else is allowed to build trains and Wagons. Iran owns all rail ways. Iran has exclusive right to everything. Nobody else has any right. Iran must collect money from trains. Iran can ask for other things from as long as it does not compromise security of Iran and Middle East. We must make sure people of Iran benefit from trains and rail ways. We must make sure people of Iran and Middle East are protected. We must make sure the trains does not harm Iran. Ships caused wrong things to Nations and People of the Red Sea. We cannot allow trains to do wrong to Iran, People of Iran, Middle East, and People of Middle East. If trains harm people of Iran we will kill everyone in China, India, Russia, Europe, and Southern Africa by weather warfare, climate, Ocean, magnetosphere, geophysics, earthquakes, volcanos, and atmosphere weapons.
