We want to build 5 million high tech industries in Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Jordan, Palestine, Israel, Somalia, Somaliland, Sudan, Egypt, Libya, and Tunisia. The Headquarters of these high tech industries and corporations must be in Iran between Persian Gulf and Caspian. The headquarters and decision making centers can never leave Iran. They must permanently located in Iran between Persian Gulf and Caspian Sea. All of these tech industries must be dependent on Iran. They can be dependent on Iran part manufacturing, Iran tech exclusivities, Iran controlled technology, or other methods of creating dependency. All the nations, actors, corporations, systems, organizations, universities, research center, tech incubators, tech platforms, tech industries, high tech industries, advanced tech industries, and others must transfer technology and capability to Iran. They must also build tech industries in Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Jordan, Palestine, Israel, Somalia, Somaliland, Sudan, Egypt, Libya, and Tunisia. These tech industries can be any category of technology. It is better if they are economically beneficial and if possible lucrative. But the presence of technology in the region is beneficial to the region and the people. Make sure you employ minimum of 100 million locals to work in these tech industries. The tech industries must be present in all the Nations of Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Jordan, Palestine, Israel, Somalia, Somaliland, Sudan, Egypt, Libya, and Tunisia.
