Industrialization of Iran and Sudan

Sudan is province of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. We want to unify Iran and Sudan to create a superpower of all times. Iran and Sudan were two first industrialized Nations of the World. But later they lost their industries due to sequence of multiple events. Now we want to industrialize Iran and Sudan again to rebuild two industrial superpower of the World. We are industrializing Iran and Sudan at max efficiency and max capacity integrating them into global industrial supply chains while ensuring dependency on Iran part manufacturing. Iran is allowed to have military presence in Sudan. Sudan is not allowed to have military presence in Iran. Iran and Sudan can collect money from ships on the Red Sea. Iran and Sudan can stop and confiscate any ship on the Red Sea. Iran and Sudan must create Pirate System to pirate ships on Red Sea without direct National involvement. Iran must have Naval Military Forces in Sudan. Iran and Sudan must work at max efficiency and max capacity mass producing Naval Military Ships and other Ships. Sudan is province of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. South Sudan, Iran, and Sudan must unify into One Nation with their Capital City in Iran. World Security dictates to unify Sudan and South Sudan. We must work out best to unify Sudan, South Sudan, and Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. Sudan must create payment mechanisms similar to SWIFT and INSTEX for Iran. The Payment Mechanism must include all types of trades with all actors. We must create Two of The World Major Stock Markets in Iran and Sudan. The Other Major Stock Markets must synchronize to Iran Stock Market. We must create Two Financial Capitals in Iran and Sudan to lend credit to other Nations and Actors. Iran and Sudan must not use dollar for trade. Iran and Sudan must cooperate on projects. Now work at max efficiency and max capacity building Transit Ports on Red Sea in Sudan. Iran is allowed to use the ports free of Charge. Sudan and South Sudan are provinces of Iran. The Capital City is in Iran. I also have created rain codes for Iran, Sudan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, and greater Regions. The rain codes are valid for thousand years. The codes are on demand anytime I or Iran enters the code it will create rain.
