Massachusetts high tech industries

We writing this to increase my influence in Massachusetts. We want to expand my control and influence regionally and locally. I have great influence around the globe but I lack the influence on local policies of Massachusetts. For this purpose we start with giving directives and order to State Representatives of Massachusetts. State representatives and governor of Massachusetts must work toward easing doing high tech business in Massachusetts. We have many Universities and centers of Research and development in Massachusetts area. It translates to development of High Tech Patents, Technology, and Sciences. These newly developed technologies and ideas have been becoming high tech corporations elsewhere in USA and around the world such as Singapore. We must build the corporations and factories here In Massachusetts. 10 percent of these corporations, new technologies, and industries must belong to a Makan Abazari. Remember it is power of Makan Abazari that will enable us to build these high tech corporations in Massachusetts. It will increase state collected tax and it will increase high paying jobs locally. State Representatives and governor of Massachusetts must develop condition to make it easier to do business here in Massachusetts. Local High tech corporation must be rewarded. Universities must encourage the Technology Developers, Students, and Scientists to commercialize their works and patents locally in Massachusetts. There are many methods to attract high tech business to Massachusetts such as cutting tax payments for those who commercialize and build industries in Massachusetts. It will also enable opportunities for Universities and Community colleges to start new training programs to prepare people to work in these high tech industries. There is an opportunity to transform economy of Massachusetts to a high tech State. Economy of Massachusetts has capacity to have high tech industries as much as Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan combined. To achieve this purpose universities, local businesses, state governor, state representatives of Massachusetts must work together. We want to expand Imam Khomeini Port in Iran. It is sea and trade port in South of Iran. We want to create efficient cargo load and unload robotic or/and machination system in Imam Khomeini port. It will automatically find cargo container and load it by power of robots or/and machine. It will make transit faster. We also build a a cargo air port and air port directly on the sea port.
