We want to reduce oil extraction from Saudi Arabia, Persian Gulf, Caspian Sea, Middle East, Red Sea, and Iran. It is turn of China and America to produce oil. The nations who extract oil are responsible for exporting it at most times. They are refined elsewhere similar to case of Romania refining the oil extracted from Libya during world war 2. This is long term international policy. So America and China must reduce their refining capacities and must expand their oil extraction sites. Then they will export oil to Iran, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Qatar, UAE, Iraq, Syria, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, and Georgia where they will be refined. World order has changed. I have purchase all oil extraction sites in Norrh America by Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Iraq, Iran, China, Kuwait, and couple of other actors. So we will extract oil from North America and China at max efficiency and max capacity and we export them to Iran to refine them to added value and high value products. Meanwhile, we must expand the size of petrochemical refineries of Iran, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Libya, Sudan, Iraq, Syria, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, and Lebanon.
