Iran, Russia, China, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Turkey, Italy, and Pakistan must formulate and Sign an Accord Similar to Artemis Accord.
Iran, Russia, China, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Italy, and Pakistan can work together to mine from moon, Mars, and Solar System. Not too long ago Iran used to mind from Moon and bring resources to earth from mars, moon, and distance Planets. Iran, Russia, China, India, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Turkey, Italy, and Pakistan can cooperate on building large Spaceships and Rockets capable of carrying large number of Machineries and Rovers to mine from Moon and other planets. So we put lots of Robotic machineries and rovers on a Rocket. Then we will have soft landing on the moon. We use them to build colonies and mine material from Moon. Rosatom can make nuclear reactors and power plants for Space Machineries. Space Machineries must have nuclear power plant. They must be designed for gravity of the moon. We don’t trust Robots with Missiles and Rockets to Fire Rockets at Earth to deliver mined material back to earth. So we must think of some safety standards concerning sending back mines materials to earth. We must also synthesis nano particles and other materials in space under different gravity. Different gravity will enable us to synthesis material in space impossible to synthesize on earth. We will also build Industrial Platforms and manufacturing platform designed for manufacturing in space. We design the industrial systems in a manner to operate according to gravity of moon. It will enable us to manufacture and build things we cannot build on earth. To illustrate the Thermal kinetic and the other physical and chemical properties are vastly different when engineering industrial systems and industrial platforms for space micro levels. I also need a biological Laboratory on moon, orbit of moon, mars, orbit of mars, orbit Jupiter, orbit Neptune, and other locations to study effect of gravity on folding of Macromolecules and DNA. I also need you to do research for me on Astrobiophysics chemistry Cellular Development and Growth Of Embroynic Stem Cell in Space. We want to expand Imam Khomeini Port in Iran. It is sea and trade port in South of Iran. We want to create efficient cargo load and unload robotic or/and machination system in Imam Khomeini port. It will automatically find cargo container and load it by power of robots or/and machine. It will make transit faster. We also build a a cargo air port and air port directly on the sea port.
