For we want to increase the volume of trade in Yuan of China. So it can stand up to USA dollar. China is economic balance of power. Iran is geopolitic Balance of power and diplomatic super power. Russia is military balance of power. USA is Military, Economic, and Geopolitic Superpower and USA is diplomatic outcast. We must take away all of USA Superiorities including technology. We are going to build tech exclusivities of USA in Iran. So Iran, China, and Russia can provide each other technology and high tech support and they can provide it to other actors.
