USA, Pentagon, White House, Europe, China, Russia, Private Corporations, and other actors must transfer the technology to Iran to enable Iran to start manufacturing right away. Iran must maintain the production capacity to continuously produce such air crafts for use by Iran and for customers. The industries built for this process must be designed in manner to have the possibility to quickly transform them for other Air Craft and Military industry applications.
