Iran an Makan Military

Now create an army in Iran under Command and Control of Government of Islamic Republic of Iran until I come to Iran and Personally lead my Army. Army is not allowed to fight Iranians, Government of Iran, nor is allowed to engage in Civil Wars in Middle East and Sahel Region. The Army will only include Iranians. But the Army will create Proxies around the World and Will create Branches. This Army will be called Iran and Makan Military. This Army will absorb Militaries, Rebels, Forces, and Military Governments from all corners of the world. Foreign members of Iran and Makan Military are not allowed to enter Iran. The Army will absorb foreign Militaries, Rebels, Military Organization from all around the World Into it’s Military. Similar to Legion Military of Rome where foreigners where troops stationed outside of the Rome. The foreign members and military allies of Iran and Makan Military shall never enter Territory of Iran. This cannot change by a treaty. Iran and Makan Military start with signing full Alliance and Partnership with all current and future Militaries of Iran. They shall have One Command and Control Structure similar to Joint Chief of Staff meaning. Iran and Makan Military shall be under Command and Control of Supreme Leader of Iran Khamenei Similar to all other Militaries of Iran. But Makan Abazari can Command his Iran and Makan Military when he is in Iran and has direct and in person interaction with them. The Iran And Makan military offers all of the World Militaries, Rebels, and Military Governments membership into Iran and Makan Military as Branches and Proxies excluding USA military, NATO, and every military Islamic Republic of Iran rejects. So Islamic Republic of Iran must approve membership for all the Branches, foreign Branches, and proxies of Iran and Makan Military.
