Merits of Industrial investment in Iran

It costs several thousand dollar to employ Americans to work in factories. It is even more expensive to do it in Europe. Now it costs at least 600 dollar to employ someone in China to work in a factory for a month. In Iran it now costs less than 200 dollar to hire someone for a month to work in factories, industries, and manufacturing. When I was a child it was very cheap to employ people in China to run factories. It was far more expensive than Iran. But now due to sanctions on Iran’s Rial the value of Iranian Rial had sharply fallen. The reduction in value of Rial has made it very cheap to employ Iranians to work full time to run factories. It provides excellent opportunity to build factories, industries, manufacturing, high tech industries, and modern tech in Iran. Iran has extremely well skilled and well educated population. Iran also has highly educated woman population. Iranians can work in high tech and high end manufacturing because they have the skill. The wages are low so the investors have easy time managing the budget. The excellent part is access to Russian and Chinese markets because of trade agreements between Iran and Eurasian Economic Union and Iran and China. Iran also has easy access to ASEAN and several other multinational organizations. It makes Iran perfect destination for manufacturing and industrial works. Iran has robust and powerful industrial supply chain making it best location for industrial works. Iran is short distance transit to China and Russia due to rail roads making it much faster than transit on ships. It makes it efficient and max speed manufacturing process and industrial systems. Iran has vast amount of Petrochemical Refineries, Alloy Industries, and Smelters. It means any advanced petrochemical, Smelted material, industrial supply, industrial part, Intermediate product you may desire will be available and locally produced in Iran. Iran has extremely skilled engineering firms making them capable of quickly engineering parts and specialty products for your industrial systems. Iran has powerful machinery fabrication, industrial machinery production, and custom fabrication industries capable of producing all manners of industrial machineries for advanced Industrial disciplines. Iran is also perfect location for building Semiconductor industries, semiconductor industrial supply chains, electronics industries, electronics supply chains, computer hardware engineering, computer manufacturing, computers supply chains, and computer assembly. It will enable China and Russia to access Semiconductors and Electronics they need for their industries. If we build semiconductor and electronic parts elsewhere other than Iran then America will ban the sell of them to China and Russia. We want to expand Imam Khomeini Port in Iran. It is sea and trade port in South of Iran. We want to create efficient cargo load and unload robotic or/and machination system in Imam Khomeini port. It will automatically find cargo container and load it by power of robots or/and machine. It will make transit faster. We also build a a cargo air port and air port directly on the sea port.
