All the industries in Iran must either be nationalized under national ownership or owned by Iranians living in Iran. Build all factories, facilities, infrastructures, roads, rail roads, robotic manufacturing, equipments, industries, industrial equipments, finished industrial equipments, machineries, electrical parts, supplies and parts used in factories, buildings, and industrial systems complexes and cores in a manner to last for five hundred years to last a long time for future important projects. I also want to develop Robotic Machineries to be sent on surface of the moon from Iran to build a colony on the moon and also I want to mine from moon and bring back materials. I also want to do lab experiments on the surface and orbit of moon, mars, and orbit of Neptune to study detailed effect of gravity on our DNA folding. We cannot send people or monkeys to do these works and we need Robots and only Iran has done in the past and is allowed to do it. 

I also want nuclear reactor powered mega large tanks armed with nuclear warheads, anti air, radar system, mind control infrastructure, weapons, pulses, extreme high capacity rockets systems, atomic helium cluster propellant, and are resistant to nuclear bombs, having machineries to drill tunnels, lifting massive objects, and are capable of going on the water and become like a ship built by Iran for the Islamic Republic of Iran. For recharging these smaller swarm of tanks we will be remotely charging them by magnetic waves for Iran.
